Two faculty members participate in Nurturing Future Leadership Program (NFLP)

Two faculty members of NBBGC, Tadong, Dr. Nar Maya Subba and Dr. Krishna Sharma, Assistant Professors, Department of Education and Physics, respectively, successfully participated in the Nurturing Future Leadership Program (NFLP), held under the Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Programme, Ministry of Education, Government of India, at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ranchi from 15th to 19th September 2025.

The five-day programme was designed to nurture leadership capabilities among academic professionals and covered a wide spectrum of themes including vision-led institutional strategies, collaborative governance, financial and resource management, research and innovation, emotional intelligence, technology-driven foresight, and inclusive academic leadership. Eminent resource persons from IIM Ranchi conducted interactive sessions, case studies, and discussions that enabled participants to gain deeper insights into leadership competencies essential for higher education. The programme concluded with a Leadership Showcase and Valedictory Session, where participants reflected on their learning outcomes and received certificates of completion.

The participants sincerely express their gratitude to the Principal, Nar Bahadur Bhandari Government College, Dr. D. Purohit, for providing them the opportunity and encouragement to attend this prestigious programme. Their successful participation reflects the institution’s commitment to professional growth, academic excellence, and leadership development in higher education.
