S. Golay, and his spouse, Smt. Krishna Rai. Officials from the Forest &amp; Environment Department, Govt. of Sikkim, dignitaries from Khangchendzonga State University and other invitees also graced the college auditorium to witness a cultural programme put together by the college students.
